Three tiers. One mark.

The Foundation holds the licence, the bank account and the signatures. Committees do the work residents see. The badge covers anything too small for words. All three use the same D·12, so nobody in the sector has to learn a second logo.

Built the same way as every committee lockup: wordmark, thin rule, two-line descriptor. "Community Welfare" sits in Pine and "Foundation" in Brass. Use the horizontal version by default. The stacked version is for square or centred layouts: certificates, stage backdrops, banners. Descriptor text never goes below 10pt in print or 12px on screen. Below that, use the badge.

One seal, for the Foundation only.

The stacked D·12 wrapped in the full legal name. It marks documents that carry legal or financial weight and is pressed by an authorised signatory. It is the only new mark in this system, and there will never be a second one.

• Foundation only. Committees never get their own seal. Committee paperwork that needs a stamp goes through the Foundation.
• Authorised signatories only. The board decides who holds the stamp and the embosser. Keep a register of who has them.
• Make it 38 to 42 mm. Smaller than 38 mm and the ring text fills in with ink.
• One colour when stamped. Green ink pad, closest to Pine. Standard blue is fine if green isn't available. Never red.
• Right file for the job. The one-colour file goes to the stamp maker and the embosser maker. The two-colour file is for print and screen.
• Not decoration. It doesn't go on flyers, T-shirts, social posts or merchandise. Those get a committee lockup.

Same wordmark. Every committee.

Adding a committee is mechanical: name it for its job, assign a three-letter code, drop the name into the lockup. The endorsement line goes underneath wherever there's room. Committees never get their own colour or logo. They are told apart by name and code.

Six groups in one chat list.

WhatsApp and Instagram crop avatars to a circle, and a chat list with six identical badges is no help to anyone. Committee avatars set the wordmark over the three-letter code, big enough to read at chat-list size. The Foundation keeps the plain badge.

What to call it, and where.

The Foundation's legal name has no hyphen. The sector's name does. Both are correct in their own place, and the wordmark covers both.

Legal and money paperwork carries the Foundation lockup and the seal. Everything residents handle day to day carries a committee lockup and the endorsement line. All names, numbers and dates below are placeholders.

Same five colours. Same two typefaces.

The Foundation layer adds a descriptor, a seal and a naming system. The core brand stays as it is in the D-12 brand reference.

• Wordmark and badge are untouched. Stickers, gate signs and apps already in use stay valid.
• Committees get no colour of their own. Six committees in six colours would break the five-slot palette.
• Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono for everything in English. Noto Nastaliq Urdu is added for Urdu text only.
• Signal Brick stays reserved for emergency material. A notice about water supply is not an emergency.
